Our Approach

The concept that behavior is learned from the environment through the process of observation is at the foundation of Bandura Design.

Throughout our lives, each one of us are surrounded by many influential models, such as parents, educators, and peers. Each of these people provides examples of behavior that we observe and imitate as we develop our own understanding of the world and learn who we want to be in it.

If each day is an opportunity to expand our own understanding by observation, imitation and modeling from the people with whom we cross paths, we are able to remain curious and continue learning through each shared experience.
